Day 8: We tried to get up early and failed a little. We headed to Paia to have breakfast and start the road to Hana. We stopped a few times along the way, had a meal in Hana, turned around and came back. Not my favorite day of the vacation but we did see some pretty things.



These trees were awesome and we stopped later at Keanae Arboretum purely to identify them. Painted gum trees. The label said "bagras (painted gum) eucalyptus degulpta" from Indonesia. Photo Oct 15, 4 45 04 PM instagram
